HOW WE DO IT

We start with the Owner and Executive team. We ask what the goals are for the business and what steps have been taken to get there – People, Systems, Technology, etc.

We then ask the management and employees what they see as the company’s goals and then find out what each of them does and how – Process, Tools, Technology, etc.

If there are written procedures, we look through those to check if the match with what we have been told. If there are no procedures, we offer to write them and get alignment behind them.

Financials is the final step in the process. Is the company spending money in areas that help grow or are you putting out fires over and over again and seeing the cash burn? Are you fueling growth with debt?

Combining the information from the Executive team, the employees, documentation and financials, we get a picture of the strengths and weaknesses of the company. We then put together possible corrective actions and a list of what needs to happen to make things better.

Finally, we recommend people within the organization to lead the change. If there isn’t a clear person or team to make it happen, we offer to take on the process of pointing the organization in the right direction on a short-term basis.
